Urgent care
Emergency Appointments
Dental pain rarely waits for a convenient time, and we know how frightening it can feel. Members can call before 9:30am and we'll do everything we can to see you the same day. Your emergency cover travels with you too — if it happens while you're abroad, we'll help find you a dental practice and cover part of the cost.
- Toothache & infections — fast diagnosis and pain relief.
- Chipped or broken teeth — same-day repairs wherever possible.
- Lost fillings or crowns — prompt replacement to protect the tooth.

As a plan-only practice, every treatment is provided as part of an active membership — this isn't a separate pay-as-you-go menu, and the prices shown are our full treatment prices before any discount. Your dentist will confirm the exact cost after assessing your individual needs.
Members get 10% off every treatment on this list — the only exception is dental implants.

Do you accept new patients? +
Yes — new members are always welcome, whatever your age, including anyone transferring from another practice. Getting started is as simple as choosing a plan and booking your first appointment.
How do the membership plans work? +
Every patient joins one of three plans — Silver, Gold or Platinum — billed simply each month. Your plan covers routine check-ups and hygiene visits as standard, plus a fixed discount on any further treatment, so there's never a surprise invoice.
Can I book a one-off appointment without joining a plan? +
No — we're a plan-only practice, so every patient (including emergency visits) needs an active membership. It's what lets us keep pricing predictable and appointments unhurried for everyone. Joining takes a few minutes — see our plans or get in touch and we'll talk you through it.
I'm nervous about the dentist — can you help? +
Absolutely. Let us know when you book and we'll adjust pacing, explain every step in advance, and give you full control to pause at any time.
Is there parking near the practice? +
Yes — there is parking in Tuesday Market Place, immediately outside the door of the practice.
